Various bedrooms overlooking our nice pool and garden. The rooms have a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. They include two queen-size beds (able to stack them to one big bed), a fan and the basic amenities.
The common outdoor area consists of cozy hammocks to relax and unwind, a lush and green garden with fruit trees and an awesome pool.
Enjoy our cocos from the garden, take a refreshing dip in the pool and relax with a view!
Your exclusive usage will be limited to the newest part with two guest rooms, but you will co-own the full property.

Pots and general kitchen equipment are provided for general use.

☼ stunning OCEANVIEW to enjoy from the roof or the patio.
☼ FANS in all our rooms, we do not use AC.
☼ Go for a SURF LESSON with Nick, Cesar or Papo or explore the Salvadorian waves on your own while taking advantage of our SURFBOARD RENTAL.
☼ Enjoy the TRANQUILITY of our place while still being connected through or WIFI.
☼ PARKING is right at our property, where you can park your car safely and in close proximity.
☼ Live the BITCOIN EXPERIENCE in El Zonte, the first village in the world, also known as Bitcoin Beach, where you pay with Bitcoin almost everywhere, including your stay at our place.
Guest accessYou can use our big pool and the whole garden area. Have a look for cocos or other fruits and enjoy a fresh mango from on of our mango trees (depending on the season).
Of course you can make yourself a delicious smoothie and park your car in the parking. Our goal is to be your home away from home!

Become a co-owner
Be early and reserve your slot to be one of the few proud owners of this amazing location. Real ownership with all the upsides and none of the hassle. Your share is tied to exclusive usage of weeks. Of course, you are not bound to those weeks, you just have the first say. You can choose any weeks you like.
Some shares may be more expensive, because the corresponding weeks are in particularly high demand. The last week of the year gives you access to two weeks for the price of one every few years (due to a year having a bit more than 52x7 days), so that you are guaranteed to always be able to spend New Year's Eve at the location.
You now only pay a small fee for match-making and vetting without commitment on either side. Therefore the weeks are not shown as reserved, but you are first in line to be offered a real share as it becomes available. The fee will be reimbursed when you become a co-owner. Select as many weeks as the amount of ownership you desire. At least one, at most 52. Don't forget to do that for every location you have an interest in.
