Mobility needs roots in more than one place.
Families can now work, learn, and live across borders. Housing still assumes one permanent address. We are building the missing layer: a shareholder-owned network of private homes and shared infrastructure.

Gathering families with wealth and children in a few places calls for discretion. The five geographic circles are public; site names, shareholders and progress reports stay private until disclosure serves the network.

The name holds the design tension. A family needs privacy, security, and dependable infrastructure. It also needs neighbours, landscape, learning, play, and room for the unexpected.
citadel.garden combines both without claiming that one location can solve everything. Different circles provide different options; shared ownership keeps them part of one coherent network.
Why a pool
What good money cannot conjure away.
Sound money rewards saving, restraint and foresight. It does not make land in a beautiful place less scarce, nor capable builders, permits, good teachers or the time of parents. A family that tries to solve all of this alone usually ends up trading its savings for one house and its freedom for one address.
Pooling is the realistic answer to the scarcity that remains. Families keep their savings together in one reserve, the network finances and builds the places, and each family uses what it needs when it needs it. Many locations in one structure strengthen each other; the same locations as separate private projects would each stand alone.
Building takes years, because permits and inspections set the pace. That is why the network makes most sense for families who join before they are under pressure, while the children are small and there is still time to shape the places around them.
