The scouting and property purchase, legal work and taxes, refurbishing or buildout, furnishing and upkeep will be handled by professionals. Every share in a location gives you access for one week - forever! You can buy as many shares as you like - real, legal ownership in a digital form that you can hold like Bitcoin (even in your mind if you can remember 12 words, but there are more convenient ways, don't worry).

We are partnering with the technology provider Deedsats.com in the first way to represent shares in real companies holding real estate by digital assets that are secured by the distributed and antifragile Bitcoin network. We do not touch any centralized crypto, shitcoin, or other blockchain nonsense.
Real locations
We carefully vet real locations, usually assuming due diligence, planning, construction, and management. Some locations are in progress, but all are selected for real value and not empty promises. We are not a developer, but a service provider for distributed owners.
We work with local partners with the necessary know-how to bring unique properties to the world which can be shared by co-owners. Depending on your shares, you have direct and private access to these locations. Your deedsats (digital shares) will open smart locks on the ground and can be passed on in a permissionless way to friends and family.
